Total cancer risk: Data about total cancer risk was provided by one cohort (20). No association was found.
Total cancer mortality: Data about total cancer mortality was provided by one very small cohort (1). A significant protective effect was found.

Conclusion: A significant protective effect of strawberries against cancer mortality was found in one cohort of very small size. No evidence was found for an association between strawberries and total cancer.
